SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer – All About Integration

Enable bi-directional communication between an SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer (C4C) and SAP ECC using SAP Process Integration (PI)
Master Data

Bidirectional Synchronization of below data from SAP ECC to SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) and vice-versa

Customer Data
- Sync Prospects created in C4C to SAP ECC as Customer with specific customer account group
- Sync Accounts created in C4C to SAP ECC as Customer with specific customer account group
- Manually change of Prospects or Sync Accounts to other account group (Sold to Party) in SAP ECC and then Sync Customers from SAP ECC to SAP C4C.
Contact Data

  - Enable Customer Credit Status Check for Sales Quotes
- Sales Order Request will be manually converted to Sales Order in SAP ECC

Integrating SAP Cloud for Customer with SAP On-Premise Solution

SAP offers pre-packaged integration content (iFlows) built on top of its integration technology. The technology has two flavors, resulting in two ways of integrating SAP cloud for customer with SA on-premise solutions using the following:

• SAP Netweaver Process Integration (PI), or

• SAP HANA Cloud Integration (HCI)

The SAP customer relationship management (CRM) and SAP ERP solutions can be integrated with SAP cloud for customer, either using an on-premise PI or on the cloud using HCI.
