What Just-in-Time SAP Support actually looks like

The mechanics behind the differentiator: how a senior SME lands on your ticket in days, not months, without the tier-one consultancy overhead. Why the bench is small, named, and vetted instead of a CV database.

Big consultancies are slow to spin up. Body shops send juniors. The model in between - a small, vetted bench of senior SMEs deployed for the duration the project actually needs - is the differentiator. This is how it works in practice.

The shape of the bench

  • Twelve seats, named individuals. Not a CV database.
  • Three to twenty years per SME. Three is the floor, not the average.
  • Five practice areas covered: SAP BTP, S/4HANA and adjacents, Cloud, Integration, Salesforce.

Why it lands in days, not months

Because the bench is small enough that every consultant is a named, vetted SME, the introduction is one call, not a procurement cycle. When a project fits, the right hands are deployed in days. When it does not, we say so - we will not pad an engagement with juniors to fill an SOW.

Where it does not apply

Multi-year enterprise programmes with hundreds of consultants are not our shape. We do the parts that are too small for tier-one, too senior for body shops, and too important for the in-between.
