What “senior” means here.
Every SME on a Newsxsys engagement has at least three years of SAP delivery work behind them. Most have seven or more. The architects and lead consultants who anchor large engagements have fifteen to twenty years on the SAP stack.
The bench is distributed across two locations. Dubai is the client-facing hub, covering MENA and feeding into European and Indian time zones. Greater Noida is the delivery hub, where most implementation, integration, and build work runs. When engagements need follow-the-sun coverage, the two hubs combine.
